Free shipping for orders over 400€. Orders below that amount will incur a shipping cost of 15€, 20€ or 23€, depending on the destination.
Payment Method: Along with the order, the delivery note and invoice will be sent. Once received, you must pay the relevant amount via bank transfer to the following account number:

The first order must be paid in advance.
We also offer the option of bank direct debit.
Standard shipping will take between 4 or 5 working days to reach its destination.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Fridays (after 2:00 pm), Saturdays, Sundays, or the day before public holidays will be shipped on the following Monday or the next business day.
We do not accept returns for misuse of the product.
For all customers of our products, we offer after-sales support to help them solve any doubts and fully enjoy the experience.
