Resetea is a project born out of friendship, a passion for nature, and social commitment.
To achieve this, we create natural and quality products that can make our homes greener, more habitable, and sustainable.
About us
Resetea began to take shape in 2011 when Iñaki’s idea of cultivating mushrooms on the coffee grounds’ husks won an award in the XII Competition of Innovative Business Ideas at the University of Santiago de Compostela. From there, a thorough research process and numerous experiments began.
While Iñaki was conducting his tests, he shared his concerns and gradually gained supporters. This is how Beltrán, Cristian, and Luis joined the project. We have all shared a long friendship, and since 2014, we have been partners at Resetea.
At first, we entered the market with only one product, the coffee grounds mushroom grow kit. Today, we have more than 40 references, and we continue to work hard to grow the catalog.
Currently, we are a small but restless and powerful team, surrounded by good suppliers and collaborators.

Mission
It is alarming to see how natural resources are being affected by human action. It’s time to change the situation, and it depends on us to care for and protect the environment.
At Resetea, we want to be part of the solution, and to do so, we create natural and sustainable products that allow us to enjoy nature at home.
According to the United Nations, 55% of the world’s population lives in urban areas, and this proportion will continue to increase year after year. Our mission is to make our homes greener and more livable through plants, which provide numerous health benefits, reduce stress, and improve air quality. We want to reconnect people with nature by offering products that help them enjoy it indoors.
We also support local production, promoting work and labor in Spain.
Together, we can create a more logical world.

Boletus Project
In Resetea, we collaborate with the Boletus Project, developed by UEC EL CASTELL (Figueres), where students aged between 14 and 18 years are attended to.
The project arose from the need to motivate a group of adolescents and young people at risk of dropping out of school with an innovative project aimed at promoting pre-employment habits. They are taught to cultivate Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms for subsequent commercialization. All this is done within the concept of an educational company. Our role consists of technical and logistical advice in the cultivation of different mushroom varieties, as well as the implementation of the project.
All profits generated by the sale of “Projecte Boletus” products are used to finance extra-curricular activities with the project’s students and to finance daily breakfasts for the participants.
